    1) If you are not satisfied with the costume, please contact with us in 7 days after you receiving it. Show us photos about the problem. We accept return or exchange if it’s our problem.

    2) We accept exchange the costume if you select the wrong size. But you need to pay for the return shipping fee and the reshiping fee.

    3) We don’t accept return and exchange for size problem if the costume is custom made. So if customize, please confirm the measurements given us are correct.

    4) The returned items should be intact and not used.

    5) Please ship back the costume with a tracking number so that we can track where it arrives.
